Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Diwali, and other major holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking details.
Shipping Address Changes
For security and logistical reasons, we cannot change or redirect shipping addresses once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your details before checkout.
Multiple Shipments
In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery. This will not affect your shipping cost.
