Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Holiday Season Exception: For orders placed between December 24, 2025, and January 1, 2026, the return window is extended to 70 days.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at info@varicoceleunderwear.com to start the process.
Shipping & Fees
To return your product, please contact us at info@varicoceleunderwear.com to receive the return mail address.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item by mail. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (No cost / $0).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
